1. Shifting Booking Policy

Bookings are confirmed upon payment of the token deposit or written acceptance of our official shifting quotation. The initial estimate is subject to revision if the final inventory differs from the surveyed items during load time.

2. Restricted Items

Bharat Packers and Movers will not transport hazardous materials, cylinders, chemicals, high-value jewelry, legal deeds, or currency notes. The customer takes full responsibility for carrying these items personally.

3. Insurance & Damage Claims

We strongly recommend transit insurance (chargeable at standard industry rates) for all domestic relocations. In the event of physical damage, claims must be raised in writing within 48 hours of vehicle unloading at the destination hub.

4. Payment Terms

For local shifts, 100% payment is due upon unloading. For domestic long-distance shipments, 80% is paid during loading at the origin address, and the remaining 20% is settled prior to unloading at the destination address.
